Exchange-Only Policy (No Returns / No Refunds)
This Exchange-Only Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made in-store and online through KORE Activewear. By placing an order or completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. No Returns & No Refunds
1.1 KORE Activewear does not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, including change of mind, wrong size, or preference.
1.2 All sales are final.
2. Exchanges
2.1 We offer exchange only, subject to the following conditions:
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
-
In original condition
-
Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, and any stains

With all original tags attached

Returned in original packaging (if applicable)
2.2 Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order (online) or from the date of purchase (in-store).
2.3 Exchanges can be made in-store and online. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to the store location.
2.4 All exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.
2.5 Items that do not meet the above condition requirements will be refused and sent back to the customer.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-exchangeable:

Claw clips, hair bands, and all accessories

G-strings or any intimate bottom styles

Sale, promotional, discounted items
4. Incorrect or Faulty Items
4.1 If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
4.2 Photos or videos may be required for verification.
4.3 Once confirmed, KORE Activewear will cover shipping costs for the exchange and replace the item with the same product (subject to availability).
5. Policy Updates
KORE Activewear reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to future orders and be reflected on this page.
