1.1 At this time, KORE Activewear only ships within Indonesia.
1.2 International shipping is not currently available.


2. Delivery Timeframes

2.1 Bali Orders (Same-Day Delivery)
Orders within Bali are eligible for same-day delivery when placed before our daily cutoff time. Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the next day.

2.2 Rest of Indonesia
Orders shipped outside of Bali typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

2.3 Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events.


3. Shipping Fees

3.1 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and courier rates.
3.2 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or due to an order error on our part.


4. Order Processing

4.1 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
4.2 You will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.


5. Failed Deliveries

5.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
5.2 Failed or returned shipments due to incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts may incur re-delivery fees.


6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

6.1 If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
6.2 Evidence such as photos or tracking confirmation may be required for claims.
